Donations to Feline Freedom Foundation are generally considered final, as funds are typically allocated to rescue, foster, and veterinary care shortly after they are received. That said, we understand mistakes happen, and we will always work with a donor in good faith to make things right.
We will issue a refund when a donation was made due to:
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original donation date.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future charges at any time by contacting us at contact@felinefreedom.site. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past donations already used to support our programs.
Feline Freedom Foundation's application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently in progress. Until our determination letter is received, we cannot guarantee that donations are tax-deductible. If a refund is issued for a donation that was already reported on a receipt, we will issue a corrected receipt.
